 ment Expert\nAbstract: This seminar\, organized by XISTA in collaboration 
 with the ISTA Career Development Expert\, will be led by Dr. Filippo Frati
 ni (biography below). Designed to raise awareness about both the potential
  and challenges of quantum technology\, the seminar aims to bridge the gap
  between industry and quantum research. Dr. Fratini will discuss how quant
 um scientists can build successful careers in banking and how quantum prot
 otypes can be developed to tackle finance-related challenges. He will also
  explore one of the most critical intersections between banking and quantu
 m technology: post-quantum cryptography.About the speaker: Dr. Filippo Fra
 tini has had a distinguished career in academia\, with expertise spanning 
 physics\, mathematics\, and economics\, before transitioning to the bankin
 g sector. He initially worked in risk divisions and has since dedicated hi
 mself to applying quantum technologies in finance. Currently\, he leads th
 e Quantum Team—known as the QuanTeam—at Erste Bank\, where he focuses 
 on quantum education\, computation\, safety\, and communication.
