 ch and Food Science at University of Natural Resources and Life Science an
 d Technical University in Vienna. In 2019 she founded the Belgian-based cu
 ltured meat startup Peace of Meat and exited it successfully 1.5 years lat
 er.Now she is building Fermify\, a start up that develops a fully digitize
 d production platform to produce cheese with programmed microorganisms ins
