DESCRIPTION:Abstract: Please note that the event Women in Science is fully 
 booked. Due to COVID-19 regulations we can have a maximum on-site capacity
  of 100 people. If you register now we will send you a link to follow the 
 event online. The Institute of Science and Technology Austria (IST Austri
 a) has this year started its campaign "WoMen in Science"\, highlighting th
 e importance of gender balance in research and innovation. As part of this
  campaign\, we are happy to host a panel event featuring talks\, video i
 nterviews and panel discussions trying to answer questions like: "Why do 
 we need gender balance?"\, "How can we reach and maintain it?" and "And wh
 at can science institutions do?"Register now using the link below and join

 ciencedays).Following the event\, we cordially invite you to a light refre
 shment.Due to the current regulations\, we have a maximum capacity of 100 
 people onsite. In case you cannot attend\, kindly let us know. For all oth

 P2 mask\, as well as a certificate of your 2G-status with you (vaccination
  record / proof of recovery) and arrive a few minutes ahead of time to re
 gister.Changes may be made at short notice due to new COVID pandemic regul
 ations.IST Austria provides a free shuttle bus 142 for anybody joining the
  event and traveling from Vienna-Heiligenstadt to the campus (and return)
