 : AbstractIn this presentation\, Dr. Linder will discuss key decision poin
 ts in orienting his career from being a researcher in a university setting
  to becoming a serial entrepreneur. The talk will focus on motivations\, r
 isks and rewards for jumping into entrepreneurship and long term impacts o
 n career.   CVVincent Linder is the technical co-founder of Claros Diagn
 ostics Inc. (a technology company spun out of Harvard University) with a s
 uccessful $50M exit.  He oversaw of design & development activities for m
 edical devices from invention at then bench to FDA.  In 2019\, Dr. Linder
  became the CEO of Calciscon AG\, a Swiss diagnostic company commercializi
 ng the T50 test for improving treatment of patients with kidney diseases.
   Calciscon has demonstrated the clinical utility of the T50 in more than
  30 medical publications and closed in July 2020 a €600k round of financ
