The “polyreportage” as an innovative way of (science) storytelling – let’s try that together!
We will work in small groups to develop our own idea of a “poly-perspective reportage”: your topic, your protagonists.
----
The "polyreportage" topic was introduced in Sigrid's Think and Drink talk on May 3 - Title and abstract below:
Think & Drink title (May 3): "Poly-perspective Journalism"
Abstract:
Journalism means diversity, and science journalism is no exception. It is our job to provide people with diverse information so that they understand how research works and what research results mean for them and society. But reporting often only presents one perspective, or perhaps two. Is that enough in a world that gets more complex every day? Does it really reflect society and its facets? A team of developers and science journalists has realized journalism with many perspectives, an innovative narrative format: the poly-perspective reportage, or polyreportage for short. Come and learn how this works and what it could look like.
