The first annual Vienna Soft Matter Day will be held on October 21st, 2022 at the ISTA campus in Klosterneuburg, just north of Vienna. The aim of this regional meeting is to initiate scientific dialogue, exchange know-how, and open opportunities for collaboration between groups and institutes throughout the greater Vienna area. More broadly, we hope to establish a coherent soft matter community that exists beyond this individual event.
This conference is especially aimed at PhD students and postdocs. Therefore, we strongly encourage everyone to submit abstracts for poster presentations.
Several abstracts will be selected for short 15-minute talks, or 1 minute flash-talks to advertise posters.
