Dry frictional contact is an essential component to the visual appearance and
the dynamic behaviour of worn garments.
In this talk, I will present two contributions of my PhD on this topic. In a
first part, I will talk about our modification of the popular simulation
framework Projective Dynamics (Bouaziz et al. 14) to include frictional contact
in a cheap yet robust way. Then in a second part, I will present our method for
cloth inversion, aiming at recovering natural ("stress-free") shapes of cloth
in frictional contact with external bodies.
